South Mountain Community College invites students, employees, and community members to fall into fitness this semester by joining one of our fun and supportive physical activity classes.
Whether you are looking to build strength, improve flexibility, or simply move more during the week, these classes are designed for all experience levels and are a great way to support your health and well-being.
Hours of Operation:
Monday: 11:00 am - 2:00 pm; 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Tuesday: 9:30 am - 2:00 pm; 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Wednesday: 11:00 am - 2:00 pm; 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Thursday: 11:00 am - 2:00 pm; 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm
All users must complete a waiver prior to utilizing the Fitness Center.
