Fall 2026 Fitness Center Classes

Get Fit This Fall!

South Mountain Community College invites students, employees, and community members to fall into fitness this semester by joining one of our fun and supportive physical activity classes.
Whether you are looking to build strength, improve flexibility, or simply move more during the week, these classes are designed for all experience levels and are a great way to support your health and well-being.

Hours of Operation:

Monday: 11:00 am - 2:00 pm; 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Tuesday: 9:30 am - 2:00 pm; 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Wednesday: 11:00 am - 2:00 pm; 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Thursday: 11:00 am - 2:00 pm; 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm
 
All users must complete a waiver prior to utilizing the Fitness Center.

 

Pilates – PED101PS (20771) 
Improve core strength, posture, flexibility, and balance through controlled movements that support overall fitness and injury prevention.
Dance Fitness – PED101HH (31866) 
Enjoy an energetic workout that combines music and movement to build cardiovascular fitness while having fun.
